    Description

    We think this Wind -Up TAYLOR INSTRUMENT COMPANIES Rochester, N.Y. U.S.A. may be from the 1920's and known as a Cycle Stormograph Barometer.  Mounted on a wooden base and is Key Wound and states Switzerland and 7 Jewels with the number 10190 on topside as shown.
    We do NOT know any history or how this works.
    BE ADVISED, the Glass cover is GONE and has been replaced with a plastic cover which does have scratching and wear also.
    The paper chart around the round can reads No. 82 Barometer Chart and has recording dates written in.
