It's home sweet home for kids and their furry friends in the Kidkraft Prairieview Playhouse. This cozy space has everything needed to create make-believe play come to life. The welcoming entryway has an overhang for shaded greetings. Four-legged guests may prefer the pet door (marked by a paw print) that swings when pushed. Once inside, kids can get right to creating a pretend meal with the stovetop and sink. A pot, pan and spatula are included as well. Time for a sit? Enjoy the unique articulating bench that lets kids face indoors or outdoors with a simple switch of the backrest. And there's even more to explore to this house. Step out the back and take in the beauty of the "backyard." A fence features built-in planter boxes while an adorable bird feeder/birdhouse hangs from the roof. Scatter birdseed to attract potential feathered friends or simply place a stuffed animal in the open back for an instant pet.

All items come from a smoke free environment. To the best of our knowledge all items are free of defects, stains, and tears (Unless we specify the otherwise). In the event that we have overlooked a flaw in an item please contact us before leaving feedback so we can have the chance to fix the problem. We try hard to take accurate colored pictures of our merchandise, but please be aware that different computer monitors and phone screens can make colors look darker, brighter, lighter, or just different than they appear when we list the items. We will not give partial credits due to an item being a different shade than pictured as I cannot control this.
We are available to answer questions and give shipping quotes Monday through Friday from 9-5 Eastern Standard time. Saturday we check messages in the morning and the evening. Sunday we don’t even turn on our computers. If we are not answering questions during our off time, please don’t think we are ignoring you. We try to follow these hours to spend time with family and keep our sanity.

We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment excluding holidays and weekends. Tracking is included in the shipping cost of domestic orders and will be sent to you in an E-mail will at the time of shipment.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:
All international buyers must pay any customs fees, extra postage (even if free shipping is offered), and return postage for any reason. All items will be shipped USPS by either first class mail international or priority mail, depending on the weight of the order.
Please do not buy from us if you plan to ask us to change the declared value of your items on your customs form. This is considered tax evasion and is against the law for us to do!
International orders usually take 2-7 weeks for delivery depending on the location. We ship orders within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment and have no control over the length of time it takes once the order leaves our hands! Please be prepared to wait for your order. If you are needing something faster please ask for a quote for express mail which often times can arrive in 5-10 days and includes tracking and insurance.
Returns & Replacements:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process
to print out a free return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
Attention: We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
With our 30 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30 days return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent to us from the United States.
In the event the item is "Not As Described" we will pay the return postage and tracking. We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and will provide you with 5 gold star service!
