Prefabricated, SOLID CONSTRUCTION!
Literally played in just a few times. Only a few years old.
This is pre-built and complete with (1) child door, (1) adult door (for easy parental access), (2) single hung windows, a loft with a ladder and a porch with railing.
The outside has a wax coating to protect the paint.
